Meet Matt

Matt graduated from Texas A&M College Station in May 2016 with a B.A. in Philosophy and commissioned into the National Guard as a military police officer. He went on to further his education and graduated from Hardin Simmons University with a M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development in 2021. Since commissioning in 2016, he has served as a platoon leader on multiple operations and as a task force commander during civil disturbance operations in Austin, Texas.

On the civilian side, Matt has experience working as a Behavior Intervention Specialist and a Teacher for middle school students. In January 2023, he decided to join the Neighbors Bank team and broaden his professional experiences.
