Meet Alan

Alan David grew up in the small town of Moberly, Missouri, where he was born and raised. His roots there helped shape his strong sense of community and his commitment to helping others.

Upon graduating from high school, Alan attended Missouri State University, where he earned his degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. During his time there, he was also a member of the university’s football team, an experience that helped develop his discipline, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

Alan is married to the love of his life, Elizabeth, who serves as an OBGYN with Mercy Hospital. Together, they’ve built a wonderful life centered around family, including their son Henry and their two aussiedoodles, Dolly and Maverick, who keep things fun and lively at home.

Alan is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. He understands that buying a home is one of life’s biggest decisions and is committed to making the process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible. In his free time, Alan enjoys spending quality time with his family, embracing the joys of parenthood, and relaxing with Elizabeth and their dogs.
