Ashley always responded so well to my messages , calls, and questions! The support and the clear communication she provided helped us so much!! JD was a bit harder to work with overall, he had a hard time responding to messages and voicemails in a more timely manner. Communication was a bit more complicated and I felt that he was trying to put me in the middle of some situations that weren’t necessary.

The response time for questions and concerns was very fast! Ashley answered all of my questions and took the time to go out of her way to review some documents she didn’t have to for me! She made the entire process from start to finish very easy and about as stress free as one could get while buying a home!
