We were so grateful when Aspen took our loan back over. For 3 weeks we kept sending the documents needed while a Brittany had our loan, every other day for 3 weeks we kept getting told that wasn't the documents needed it was something else and at the end of 3 weeks after prolly the 7th time of scanning same said documents in and sending in text message She finally said oh these r them. And then the next morning we received a text and a email stating Brittany was going on vacation. So yes Aspen is amazing and we r so very grateful to her for taking our stuff back over and getting it all finished and approved within 5 days we had bought our first new home.
