An Air Force veteran, Cecil has traveled around the world and now calls Missouri home. Married to his amazing wife for 20 years and a father of two, he spends his time gaming, exploring museums, historical sites and Comic-Cons, and enjoys the great outdoors. He credits his time in the military for instilling the drive to take care of people, to always make time to talk, and to work smart and solve problems; something he does for every single person that he meets.

My Fiancand I are first time homebuyers and it can be an overwhelming process. Cecil made sure we were informed in GODSPEED fashion. He made our experience comfortable from start to finish. He is extremely professional, personal, and knowledgeable. He was incredible to say the least. I would highly recommend his services to my close family members and friends. I know they would be taken care of. Cecil felt like a friend during the entire process. 12 out of 10 performance in my opinion. Thanks Cecil for all your help !!
Cecil helped us understand what was important and was super helpful every step of the way.
Cecil was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process and answering my questions to help me fully understand my different options.
Was very quick to get in contact with me from the beginning helped a very eventful thing be less stressful worked hard to make sure I got the home I wanted, was friendly always felt like I was talking to a long time friend I'd definitely recommend to have Cecil as your loan officer
Look, I like Cecil as a person. I think he’s genuinely a good guy, and trying to be personable. I know I’m a difficult person to handle, however as the agent/loan officer there is a certain way to handle situations. He’d often avoid contact with my real estate agent or he’d answer the phone with a sardonic tone. There were multiple forms of communication and somehow I ALWAYS beat him to calling about something important. I do think the policies of this bank were cause of some of the problems, however there is room for improvement. There was a discrepancy with address and SOMEHOW they didn’t catch it until 2 days before closing. Tell me how the heck that happens? Well if there had been better communication it wouldn’t have happened.
Cecil has been with us every step of the way and give above and beyond to look out for our best interests.
Cecil was a slam dunk for me. I had Bentley who was the first person I came into contact with and quite frankly made my decision to not look elsewhere. When Cecil took over after Bentley’s departure and he called me, talked to me, I knew I was in good hands. He is fantastic and I so appreciate his knowledge and compassion through the process of finalizing everything. Cecil, thank you!!
Going out of his way to help me understand every process since I was a first time home buyer I didn't have a clue of what to do
