He started in the mortgage industry in 2013 and prides himself in making a complex process easy and enjoyable, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams. Outside of work, Chad enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two boys.

He was fine seemed to get things done for his part in a reasonable amount of time. I never once spoke on rhe phone to him. Got a couple emails and a couple text messages from him but that's it so can't really say much about him. As the leader of the team though. I have to judge him on how the team as a whole did.
