Communication with him was excellent. He let us know hat each step was and what would be next
Christian was very attentive and answered everyquestion I had, even the absurd ones!
Christian and Max were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were patient, calm, and incredibly understanding, especially when I felt nervous and anxious. Their support, professionalism, and reassurance made such an emotional process feel much easier. I am truly grateful for the care and guidance they showed me every step of the way.
However He was great
I did not hear too much from him as he had a loan coordinator who was handling everything. However, I will say that he would respond from time to time.
Christian Gentil knew I was a first-time homebuyer, yet he made little effort to guide me through the loan process. This resulted in a very slow and chaotic first experience, and everything felt very last minute. He was at times dismissive and unhelpful when I asked questions. Communication was inconsistent, expectations changed without explanation, and I frequently had to chase updates myself, which should not be necessary for a first-time buyer. Overall, this experience fell well short of what I expect from a loan officer working with first-time buyers.
