Derek was good. The underwriter Max was terrible. Always forgetting things till the end of the day. Always needed something else and then when I got it to him they didn't let me know until the end of the day so that my date got pushed back five times. Took days of vacation. Never let me know that I wouldn't be able to get things back to him
