Garret was amazing. He answered my questions quickly, accurately and patiently. This was my first home purchase and I had a lot of anxiety. Garret took all the time to answer every question. More importantly he re-assured me over and over that he was there for us through the entire process. There were complications and he handled them and set my mind at ease! I can not say enough great things about my experience.

Being a first time home buyer I had questions. He don’t call back he don’t talk to you. I had paperwork that needed explaining and he never explained. My Realtor did the job. While he is ok at getting the numbers he needs to communicate better especially for first time home buyers.
