Difficult to get ahold of and get questions answered. Heather was much more helpful than the loan coordinator, Venus. Venus would give us a bunch of to-do’s late Friday afternoon and then ghost us immediately, leave for the weekend, and we wouldn’t hear from anyone until Tuesday. This happened REPEATEDLY. We were left stranded with unanswered questions and concerns so many times…This loan process was so much more stressful and difficult than it needed to be! We closed two weeks late, and, honestly, I’m amazed it even happened at all. Definitely will recommend people stay away from Neighbors bank, and I wish we would have chosen someone else to begin with.

She's the reason why I had to call multiple supervisors. So we would get a call back for me or realtor or the title company. No compassion, missing the org close date and gone over 2 weeks. Almost lost the house i was trying to buy. Then lost my interest rate and then when asked what they were going to do, they had to buy it down and then put it on the paperwork that it was charging me to buy it down. She sent me an email. Show me how much would be removed at the closing cost. And in the end, it wasn't that amount, who was only 6000 not the 8000 and then the supervisor said that it was actually in some other paperwork. That wasn't showing on the closing documents $,1500 that was supposedly taken off. Also told her that I was going to be paying the realtor and in the end, she put that on the paperwork, and I got taxed for it and we'll be paying interest now.Because she attached it to the loan like I told her not to.

I’m just so happy they made it happen. Heather and her colleagues and team helped me tremendously until the last min. Of closing and made it happen. Communication was great towards the end.

Heather is good I think I don’t think I actually had much contact with her directly . But my experience dealing with Evelyn was great.her customer skills are what I hope all your people hope to achieve. I also enjoyed my interactions with Julia . She too is a enjoyment to work with
