Jennifer has been ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Every obstacle I had I threw at her & she smashed it out of the park….EVERY TIME. She was timely in all responses, very informative, very communicative & extremely patient. Previous experience (with another person) made me wanna throw the whole notion away, so finding Jennifer was a true blessing. We started out together almost a year ago & I wasn’t sure I wanted to back then. She gave me the year to process it and look into everything. She gave me time & space & didn’t pressure me or hound me, BUT she didn’t forget about me either. When opportunity came back around, she reached back out and I was still nervous, but she walked me through everything, step by step. I am currently a first time homeowner because Jennifer didn’t give up on me and made the nerve wrecking process soooo smooth and easy I blinked and was already @ closing day. Thank you Jennifer for EVERYTHING. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Brown & the neighbors bank staff to any and all who may be in the market.
