Meet Joshua
Josh was born and raised in the St. Louis, MO area, before relocating to Columbia, MO during the summer of 2021. He attended college at Fontbonne University, gaining a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. Josh was also a student athlete as a four year member of the baseball team.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as time outdoors when weather permits. He is also a huge sports fan, and supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, as well as Mizzou Athletics.

I wish we had better communication. Could never get ahold of him first try sometimes waiting till the next day. We had leftover credit from the sellers and instead of communicating and asking us where we’d like to put our money he sent me a text letting me know that he already put it towards buying down the rate. He got the job done but I believe some things could have been handled better.
