Reed was very in touch with my needs and in spite of taking a small break from house shopping, he kept in touch. Personally, that was important. He displayed a definite commitment to taking care of my needs and treated me like an only customer. I was extremely excited to have a bank that cared about me!

Closing day was going to be a week later than planned. It would have been fine but one issue that was important to me. I don't know if he experienced a similar situation or just understood what it meant to me. Regardless he made it happen, that meant everything to me. Some people would have listened found it dumb maybe or wouldn't have cared. I don't know about any other loan officers with neighbors bank, but I know they have one hell of loan officer with Reed Steuber. He deserves a promotion or a raise.
