    Loan Officer: Rob Parham

I quoted the headline Loan Officer's NB summery to uphold a comparison and accountability."Your loan officer is your personal home loan expert. Their job is to guide you through the details of your home purchase or refinance. They'll provide counseling on the loan products available to you, estimate closing costs, lock in your interest rate and more. Your loan officer will also act as an advocate and resource for you if you hit any snags during underwriting or the home appraisal process."1. I did not get a guide through on the details of purchasing home or refinancing a home in future situations/best practices.2. Definitely did not receive Counseling on loan products available to me. Nor explored alternative options or even past customer's lessons learned advice.3. Tyler is the one who informed me that I could decrease my interest rate. Granted Rob did let me know that I can take the approach of adding more down to decrease that interest rate (that's a positive). No strategy, game plan, or just heart to heart advice was shared from my Loan Officer.4. For most of the snags I hit and resources I needed it was communicated to me by Tyler.5. I was reassigned (by Rob more likely) to another loan officer after my first prospect home didn't go through but golden girl (Chris) sought to it I get back in touch with Rob to continue my current account process without starting over.6. If I was a pretty blonde with blue eyes, I'm sure my experience with my loan officer would have been different. In all my years dealing with clients in the pits of the Telecom Data Management world, the lack of man-to-man respect given by my loan officer Rob will be most memorable (Probably for motivation gasoline).7. The four rating is because Rob did check the minimum boxes to his job requirements when dealing with me. He did get back to me on my missed calls/texts or had Tyler reach out to me, which I am appreciative of. Thank you.
