Born and raised in Virginia, she earned her degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was also a member of VCU’s Dance Team. Before entering the mortgage industry, she worked in personal injury law, supporting individuals through difficult times with focus and compassion. That same mindset now drives her commitment to making the homebuying process smooth and supportive from start to finish.
Outside of work, Sierra loves diving into a good book, staying active through weekly ballet classes, and enjoying quality time with her friends. She is a proud cat mom to two boys, Bellamy and Morty, and values the close relationship she has with her family.

Sierra was there to help solve any questions ive had throughout the process. If I couldn't reach her there was someone from her crew that was. Responding through both phone calls and text messaging she wouldnt leave you hanging for days.

Communication was sporadic, at best. Maybe she is new at her position? Not really sure what her role was. I started with Jacob and he was great. I Was very sad that I didn’t get to see the whole process through with him. Felt like I got dumped on Sierra and Justina and they didn’t have time for me.
