Although Tasha had a lovely attitude and pleasant demeanor, she ignored our calls/texts/emails, she lied about talking to certain people and certain time frames, she put the wrong information in and we had to change our type of loan because of this, she never updated our realtor on the process, and she slowed down the CD process at the end by not sending the paperwork to the processor promptly.
