Chad was born and raised in a small town in Central Missouri. From there, he attended college at Truman State University, finally landing in Columbia, Missouri after graduation. He started in the mortgage industry in 2013 and prides himself in making a complex process easy and enjoyable, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams. Outside of work, Chad enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Chad kept me informed of everything that was going on with the loan process. I've never dealt with a bank that kept you so up-to-date. Usually you have to call and find out what's going on but not with neighbors bank and Chad was very very respectful and very courteous.
