Chris (and Courtney) were extremely professional and vital in the process of securing the home loan! Both were informative on what we were to expect throughout the purchasing process and continued to communicate on a weekly basis (if not more). I’ve personally had the purchase of 3 homes now and this was by far the easiest dealing with a lender because of these two. On a side note, Chris Yackley was the loan officer throughout the first potential purchase of a home that did not work out for unforeseen reasons. I shared concerns with him that he understood and answered any questions I had along the way.
