Crystal has four children and is married to the love of her life. She is looking forward to welcoming her first grandchild to the world in 2019. Crystal was awesome through the whole process. She was very detailed orientated and would take her time when explain things about the process. Was always open and available when I needed assistance and wasn’t sure about tasks that needed to be completed. She answered all of my questions and was always patient with me. She even had my back several a times when dealing with agents trying to pressure me to forward with tasks items I wasn’t ready to do at the moment. Crystal did a good job with assisting with the loans and figuring out the correct loan type that would suit and help me. As well as went above and beyond with the loans and making sure I got what I needed. Underwriting part lost a bit of communication but we were able to bring it back.
