Jason took the time out of whatever he was working on to call me and answer any questions. As a first time home buyer, every detail in the process was explained. This led me to buying my first home and I truly believe with out his guidance, I would have walked away in the beginning.

Jason was the best Jason became family to me, he helped me the whole way through this and I deeply believe that without him I would not have been approved for a home loan. Jason literally became my best friend, I’ll never ever ever find a different loan officer. He was more on the ball than even my local realtor, when there were issues with the home locally he took it personally and helped me mitigate the issues. Jason Reddy was amazing to work with. He made the loan process easy to understand. It's really scary to start something you know nothing about but Jason Reddy and Rachel Gastler are so helpful. Any questions that came up they got back to us quickly and even after hours. I now have confidence in home buying and we would highly recommend Neighbors Banks because of them.
