Jason, quick things in a way that was easy for both myself and my wife to understand which was important during the process. He was also always available and was able to offer the 1% by down. We had thought we would do the down payment assistance initially, we found a way to make our home ownership dreams a reality without it.As I said, before our previous real estate agent before Lamar had connected us with a local lender, whom we had had a horrible experience with. Ultimately, we could tell Jason was looking out for our best interest, and we felt comfortable explaining our situation with him. Being able to trust Jason was key to working with Neighbors Bank.

Ok, we literally cannot say enough good things about Jason! From the moment I spoke to him the first time, I knew that Jason would be the one to do this for us. I could tell in his warm voice that he ALWAYS goes above and beyond for his borrowers. He made this whole process so smooth and easy to understand. We have heard some pretty awful horror stories of experiences that other people had when buying their homes. For us, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had! Honestly, Jason is like family to us. He knows our family inside and out, and I felt so comfortable sharing all of that personal information with him. I held nothing back when I told him in the beginning how my situation was a little crazy and it could be challenging to work, but if he would be willing, we were READY! Both him and David were so transparent with us; literally explaining the details, step by step. We never felt like we were being swindled or anything dishonest was going on, because of the way that these two can explain everything about a mortgage and the process of buying a home. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND Jason Reddy to do your loan and be your mortgage loan officer. Same with David!! 10/10 🤩 God has given our family this opportunity to own a home and make it ours. Blessings started from the get go, and the first blessing we received, was being able to work with Angela Price, Jason Reddy, and David Moore. For all of you reading this, please do something amazing for these individuals. They have truly received the call from God to step up and do, what we thought, was the impossible. Our journey has been shocking to say the least, and these three , especially Jason, were that gateway to homeownership. They changed our lives. Give them a trophy or something!! Jason was awesome! Rob was my original Loan Officer. Then some restructure within Neighbors Bank was made and Jason was assigned. It was like he was my loan officer from the beginning as he never missed a step like he was handling my loan request the whole time.
