My experience with Jessica started out a little rocky, but maybe I just wasn't intentional about my needs and didn't make my wants clear enough. At first I wondered what the deal was, but as the process developed, she really stepped it up, became very responsive, competed with some other lenders and answered all my questions. There was a pretty major error in my final loan estimate that I caught, but it was a genuine mistake and she was able to correct it quickly.

Jessica and Jenna were absolutely fantastic with everything they did to help me to the finish line on my home purchase. I was one of those pain in the ass domino closings and because of their efforts, we were able to close the same day that we sold our home in Missouri. Process was simple and easy to follow. If I had any questions, either Jessica or Jenna were quick to respond within one business day.Had any issues arised that would have forced us to rush/scramble to close, I would have trusted that Jessica and/or Jenna could get it done.
