Josh was born and raised in the St. Louis, MO area, before relocating to Columbia, MO during the summer of 2021. He attended college at Fontbonne University, gaining a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. Josh was also a student athlete as a four year member of the baseball team.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as time outdoors when weather permits. He is also a huge sports fan, and supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, as well as Mizzou Athletics.

Always there to help me with the confusion of so many papers and was very clam when I asked repeatedly the same question. Josh would restart the answer in a more clear easy way that I heard it. Josh always returned my text when he was available to do so .

Josh did a fantastic job. If it were not for his excellent communication, I probably would not have had the patience to grind through the additional time underwriting required. All aspects of my personal and professional life were on hold until the closing. He was also very understanding of my financial situation and how much I wanted to have in reserve savings for moving and unforeseen expenses.
