Melissa went over and above for me. Even with my loan application being a little out of the norm she went the extra mile to work with me. She kept me informed every step of the way. The process of getting a home loan is definitely a stressful one but Melissa made it as smooth as possible for me. My mother passed away during the process and they worked with me through that giving me extra time to return documents and even sent a sympathy gift. There is no one else I would work with in the future for my home loan process.
