I cannot find the words to express my eternal gratitude I have. Melissa walked me through the entire process and made me aware of everything and anything needed as quickly as possible. She talked me down several times when I had serious concerns, and always made herself available to me whenever I had any questions or concerns. It's obvious that this isn't just a job or career for her. It's a passion, and I can tell she cares very much about getting families to close.
