Scott absolutely put in the extra effort on our loan to make sure we wouldnt have to go back and forth with the underwriter for documents. When we were in our final stages he kept us updated and always communicated with us to calm out nerves. He did fantastic to say the least.

Scott got to know me as a person. After all sharing your finances with a complete stranger can be intimidating, but never once did I feel that way. He was thorough and made sure that I understood all aspects of the process. He kept open lines of communication via multiple avenues, which was great, even while I went on vacation, he made sure to reach out and keep me connected with the process. He also works seamlessly with his entire team, it was like everyone knew who, I was from his explanation of what I was trying to accomplish.
