The last time I bought a house, it made me never want to purchase a home again. The whole process was awful, the loan officer was unorganized and kept asking for documents I had already given him multiple times. It was a big mess. Scott was the polar opposite. His communication was outstanding and he kept me well informed of everything going on throughout every step of the process. He made the whole process as stress-free and painless as possible. He answered every question I had promptly and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
