Tim and Mariah were spectacular to work with. Tim walked us through the process flawlessly. We were met approved for what we desired. Tim guided us through the requirements for more funding diligently. Not once did the team give up, even after we decided to try a different lender to save. Mariah communication was key to the whole process. Mariah , each day, would communicate with both my wife and I with ease. Always doing what they say. I highly recommend.

I found this after I wrote a book to tim on his messages thing.he treated me like he would be our helper and so kind.that matters.he kept his eye on the ball and had hope for us .a few times he pulled me off the bridge from jumping.referce are a bear.he fix it we refined and here we're all in our home we didn't loose.hes a winner Mariah too.thanks guys.
