From the first phone call, Tim set me at ease. He was so kind and professional. He really made me feel that he was wanting what was in my best interest from start to finish. He continually updated me on where we were in the process and was very reassuring through the entire loan process. I had no idea buying a house would be this easy, and a lot of that is because of Tim and his team. Shelby was also so helpful and kept everything on track throughout the process. What a great team to work with!
