Most Homebuying Specialists earn $65,000-$80,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range. We provide a comprehensive program to support you in reaching your income goals in remote sales and mortgage origination.
From day one, you’ll earn a base pay of $20 per hour, plus uncapped performance-based bonuses. While this is a full-time role, your earnings potential is based on your production – not your schedule.

This is a full time position where you can expect to work up to 40 hours each week, but we are seeking individuals who can work at least 64 hours each month during the evenings and weekends (or roughly 16 hours per week after 5pm or any time Saturday and Sunday). You will have a high degree of flexibility with when you choose to work each week. Top performers maximize their earnings by leaning into evenings, weekends, and other high-conversion windows.
