Mortgage Servicing Manager (Remote)

Remote - United States

Full-Time | Experience Required | $70k - $90k/yr

Own the oversight that keeps our servicing aligned, compliant, and performing.

At Neighbors Bank, servicing isn’t a back-office function. It’s a long-term commitment to the homeowners we serve and a direct reflection of our integrity.

We’re looking for an experienced Servicing Manager to take ownership of how mortgage loan servicing operates at Neighbors Bank. This role carries responsibility for overseeing external partners, safeguarding compliance standards, and ensuring our servicing function scales with discipline as we grow.

This is not a passive maintenance role. It’s structured ownership of our loan servicing program. It requires independent judgment and the confidence to hold external partners accountable when expectations are not met. You won’t simply monitor performance. You’ll define what “performing” looks like.

The Servicing Manager oversees interim servicing and sub-servicing relationships, monitor performance trends, enforce standards, and ensure alignment with investor and regulatory expectations. As we grow, your ability to bring structure, consistency, and scalability to servicing operations will be critical.

Neighbors Bank is a fully remote company with an award-winning culture, and we rely on operational leaders who balance precision, accountability, and collaboration.
