We’re looking for a Mortgage Underwriter who brings precision, sound judgment, and a strong understanding of mortgage guidelines to the table. In this role, you’ll evaluate loan files across multiple products, make credit decisions, and clearly communicate what is needed to move loans forward in a compliant and responsible way.
Your work will directly influence how efficiently loans move through the process and how confidently our loan teams can guide borrowers to closing.

Mortgage underwriting sits at the center of the loan process. Your role is to evaluate risk, apply lending guidelines with precision, and clearly communicate what needs to happen to move a loan forward.

Required experience includes:
Experience underwriting Conventional, FHA, and USDA loan products is not required, but preferred.
