We’re looking for a Mortgage Underwriting Trainer who brings deep underwriting expertise and a genuine interest in helping others develop their skills.
In this role, you’ll help shape the strength and consistency of the entire underwriting team – training new hires, coaching underwriters as they grow, and helping ensure guidelines are applied with clarity and confidence across the department.
You’ll also stay connected to the work itself, stepping in to review loan files, support escalations, and provide underwriting coverage when needed. Your impact will extend beyond individual loan decisions. You’ll help shape how underwriters learn, improve, and apply guidelines across the organization.
