Meet AJ

AJ has been a Central Florida resident since 1996, a homeowner since 2009, obtained a Master of Business Administration in 2007, and has been in real estate full time as his profession since 2012. AJ has a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience to guide clients through a complicated and potentially hazardous real estate process that should be exciting, fulfilling, and ultimately essential for long term financial independence. Renting is sometimes necessary, but AJ is convinced owning real estate an essential path to building wealth! AJ’s experience also includes managing rental property for clients – leases, long term maintenance, landlord/tenant law; purchasing, repairing, and managing his own rental property; navigating foreclosure and purchasing property through foreclosure auction, as well as buying, fixing, and selling distressed, run-down, or abandoned property. AJ truly believes in real estate as an important investment and actively engages in the market.
