I was satisfied overall with my experience with Garrett. He was available for questions throughout the process and helped us get information we needed when we needed it. I did feel as though when it came to the actual loan estimates he talked me in circles a few times and overpromised on his communication with me about interest rates, which I believe caused us to lock in at a higher rate than I would have liked.
