    Jessica, being my loan officer, was the face of Neighbor's Bank. As far as having someone representing your business practices, Jessica is the one for the job. She is pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, gets things done. If you have 'Employee of the Month', go ahead and give her the plaque. She deserves the parking space too.
