He was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Great in communication during the entire process. Customer service focused.
He held our hand through the entire process and never made it feel like he was just repeating some script.
Absolutely
Joey explained the process simply to me when we started and had all the documentation ready and sent in a timely basis during the process. He reached out to underwriting for me when I had extra information for them. Communication was sometimes a little lax especially towards closing but overall a great experience with Joey!
This man took an idea I have and 32 days later made it a reality. Great communication and keeping me up to date every step of the way . Give this man a raise !!!!
Joey was wonderful to work with!! So easy to get along with and to get ahold of. He was so understanding when my schedule didn’t allow much phone contact and was easy to text with back and forth!! I truly appreciate how easy he made everything for me!!
Joey was very nice most of the time. He did get "short" making a surprising statement. I did get a little concerned when Joey suggested that I change the designation of 100k of my cash into a IRS identifiable type. This could have had tax implications. For a loan officer I found this a little concerning. He was helping me find a solution, but I feel he could have done some research prior to offering this option. Even after I mentioned this he still did not do the research to find the solution. I know I am not an expert, but I would expect someone in the business, to at least have a desire to seek out an answer. If not for me, for future similar situations. We had our opportunity moments which were at times driven by me. I usually felt more appreciated by Julie. She was kind and had good listening skills.
