Great support! He went above and beyond by contacting HUD directly when the underwriter didn't understand the difference between a water filtration system and a water Radon abatement system. A person should count themselves very lucky to have Joey on their team!! Even when things got stressful, he stuck with us and came out the hero on the other side of every challenge!!

Joey worked hard with us to get us our mortgage all the way to closing day. There were a lot of moving parts with our mortgage, including DPA, and Joey made sure everything was correct before we finalized it. It really felt like he went to bat for us throughout the whole process and we are so grateful to have found someone who cared as much as he did!
