Meet Kayla

Kayla Watson is a loan officer with Neighbors Bank who helps clients navigate the homebuying process with clarity, confidence, and a lot less stress than expected. Known for her upbeat energy and straightforward communication, Kayla is passionate about turning “this feels overwhelming” into “we’ve got this.”

She lives in Arrow Rock, Missouri with her husband Drue, their daughter Scout, and son Rush—a busy, sports-filled household fueled by coffee and teamwork. A former student-athlete at the University of Missouri, Kayla brings a competitive edge, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset into everything she does. When she’s not helping clients get preapproved, she’s coaching Scout’s travel softball team, spending time with her kids and animals, or sneaking in an occasional thrift store run in search of hidden gems.

Kayla believes buying a home should feel exciting—not intimidating—and she’s proud to be the person in your corner from first questions to closing day.
