Rob Parham went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process. I found my dream home and he worked endlessly with me to accomplish everything we needed to do in a extremely timely manner. He had me cleared to close within 2 weeks. He answered all my questions professionally and patiently, and trust me I had many. Being transparent during the entire process, when on the phone he wasn't a robot. he understood me when I had concerns and when I didn't know what to do, he was there to help and most importantly when I was nervous of closing, he was RIGHT there to reassure me we were on track to close and BOOM we closed. I wish I could meet Rob in person and give him a good stern hand shake along with the team behind him that helped me though this entire process.
