They were prompt and efficient! The whole team was there for me every step of the way, and were able to accommodate my working hours and text/email preferences. Every step from pre approval to closing was simple and clean. I didn’t have any real estate agents involved, and had no need to with this lovely group. Loved working with this bank!

Ask for everything in writing up front. Make a list of questions about fees and charges you might expect. If you are unsure ask. Keep good records of all text, emails, and phone conversations. It’s your money if you do not watch out for it no one else will.
