From the moment of initial contact, Jessica, David, and the team at Neighbor's Bank were outstanding. I had the most wonderful and stress free experience and I can proudly say that they made my homeownership dreams come true. We had a few hitches but they were handled quickly and with ease. Try Neighbor's. You won't find this level of professional and courteous service anywhere else.

Extremely unprofessional due to lack of communication and promptness. I had to extend the closing date 3 times due to a lack of urgency from loan coordinator Kayla Capuano. We would promptly turn in everything asked of us and had no return for this feeling. Neighbors Bank almost cost us thousands of dollars with no house. Thankfully, the broker of our real estate agent helped hold Neighbors Bank accountable and the seller didn't sign the last extension lighting a fire under our loan coordinator, officer, and underwriter to get them to move faster with the thought we could lose this deal. Everyone involved including other agents and the title company said they never saw a company so poorly managed.Our loan officer did not seem to fully understand or know the loan process, especially relating to Neighbors Bank's apparent specialty of USDA loans, and passed us on to someone, Kayla Capuano, who was extremely incapable of doing their job and left us with her in a state of uncertainty. An extremely stressful process that was made more stressful due to Neighbors Bank and their employees.
