When you think you honestly never could have good enough credit or enough money to even apply for a first time home buyers loan. Neighbors bank gave me hope. I thought it would take forever to achieve my goal of owning my own home but they helped me in so many ways! Just know be patient your home will be there at the end of it. All of the people I worked with and had to talk to were always so nice and easy to talk to! They never let me down and were always there! I really couldn’t be where I’m at right now without them! I’d recommend them as your lender to your 1st or even 2nd home!!!

Melissa Janke and Logan Moore were fantastic to work with and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. While I went into the home purchase process knowing my situation was likely to be above average in difficulty, they did not scoff one bit and truly made me feel as though my home purchase and getting to closing was as important to them as it was to me.
