Ask for everything in writing up front. Make a list of questions about fees and charges you might expect. If you are unsure ask. Keep good records of all text, emails, and phone conversations. It’s your money if you do not watch out for it no one else will.

Neighbors Bank delivered the goods! When I said I wanted a loan, they were there. When I said I had a VA loan in my current home, and wanted another ... they were there. When I said I wanted to move up the closing date from Nov 27 to October ... they delivered. They've been there every step of the way, and met every single obstacle. What a great outfit. The loan officer, Abbie, was spectacular and really delivered the goods! Between her competency, her sweet personality and her can-do attitude, she caused me to stay with Neighbors Bank. What a great employee and loan officer you have in Abbie. Her partner Rusty is pretty good too!
