Neighbors bank is fantastic. With being an online bank, be prepared to learn your states tax laws and help them a bit, as they have to learn 50 states taxes. If you are okay with helping them out a little bit, Gwen and Brooke were fantastic and super nice. They also had the best interest rate. Would highly recommend to someone who wants to be involved in the closing process and also wants the best interest rate.
