The people at neighbors bank, in particular, the ones i have worked with over the past several months, are very friendly and straight forward with you. If you have any quesitons, they are right there to answer them. If they can't answer because they are busy, they will call you back. They are very communicative when it comes to details. If something is needed, they will explain what they need and why. Especially for the underwriters. They will work with you so you understand what is needed. I dont have a lot of words, but for everyone that made this happen for me, I can't thank you enough. You all are exceptional at what you do. I hope others will have the same opinions and experiences.
