Tim and his team were very supportive and kind. I had many questions, and they patiently helped me through the mortgage process. Even though it's a difficult market for buyers, they are up front about what to expect.

Loved my loan officer, not the biggest fan of Neighbors Bank. My loan officer was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.Neighbors Bank, on the other hand, waited until 15 hours before closing to alert me of an “issue” that needed fixed with my appraisal. The appraisal had been done for 2 weeks, but they waited until the day before closing (halfway into our 11 hour drive to close) to inform us the “rotting wood” on the garage door had to be replaced and painted in order for us to close in the morning. No thanks to Neighbors Bank, my realtor did the work himself that evening to ensure our trip was not for nothing. Not saying everyone will experience this working with them, and our overall process was genuinely pretty smooth. However, this was completely unacceptable and I wanted to share my frustrations for other potential customers.
