Rachael, Jessica, and Tessa were all wonderful to work with as a first time home buyer. Quick responses to questions. Very knowledgeable. Felt much more personalized than working with most banks out there.

I would recommend Neighbors for your loan needs. They were awesome to work with. The only drawback I had was sometimes my documents would not load into the portal and I would have to email them directly, but Steve never complained and everything closed as expected.

He can easily explains things in a way that is understandable and treats others with dignity and respect throughout the home buying process. Thank you, Neighbors Bank, and a huge thank you to Cecil for making a potentially very stressful process much easier than anticipated. We cannot recommend Neighbors Bank enough!
