I had a wonderful experience with Josh, Madison and my realtor Adam, the communication they maintained throughout the process was phenomenal and I felt no stress. This was my first time buying a house, Josh helped me navigate through the whole process with ease, and if I had any questions he was always there to answer any questions. It helps to have all your financial docs together ahead of time, and to complete all the tasks they require to have everything done in time for closing. I felt like I was very lucky to have such a great team to work with. You guys are phenomenal!

This process was extremely difficult and at times extremely frustrating. The loan Officers were hard to reach over the phone for not only myself but for the realtor also. When given information to them they kept repeating themselves and would not answer questions completely.

We had already been turned down less than a month before with a different company with no comments or helpful tips just a no. I had previously spoken with someone at neighbors back around November and thought I had lost the information and boy was I thrilled when I finally located it again. Not only did I get great help to raise credit quickly but got approval quickly.

Extremely unprofessional due to lack of communication and promptness. I had to extend the closing date 3 times due to a lack of urgency from loan coordinator Kayla Capuano. We would promptly turn in everything asked of us and had no return for this feeling. Neighbors Bank almost cost us thousands of dollars with no house. Thankfully, the broker of our real estate agent helped hold Neighbors Bank accountable and the seller didn't sign the last extension lighting a fire under our loan coordinator, officer, and underwriter to get them to move faster with the thought we could lose this deal. Everyone involved including other agents and the title company said they never saw a company so poorly managed.Our loan officer did not seem to fully understand or know the loan process, especially relating to Neighbors Bank's apparent specialty of USDA loans, and passed us on to someone, Kayla Capuano, who was extremely incapable of doing their job and left us with her in a state of uncertainty. An extremely stressful process that was made more stressful due to Neighbors Bank and their employees.
