Rachel and Justin were amazing! They were extremely responsive and got everything done so quickly. They made the whole process easy to understand and were very clear on what was needed from us. I’d recommend them over and over again! They also sent an amazing personalized blanket that we absolutely LOVE. Thank you both so much!

USDA Loan is a great product to use to get into a home with no money down and low closing costs, but be aware the product is very paperwork intensive and the underwriting can be very tenuous. Lean on your loan officers for their knowledge and patience. They can lead you the way through this process.
