Working with neighbors was the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever had. The way the website and to do list was set up made it very easy to upload our documents. The loan team kept us informed about everything that was going on and our realtor answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. We will definitely use neighbors again.

I would never use this bank again after this experience. Nobody involved on our end had ever seen anything as ridiculous as the delays and poor communication on display from Neighbors bank.

The entire experience was quick, easy and painless. From start to finish everything was simply put. The “to-do” list option on the website was so easy to navigate and every document was saved where you could review it at any point. I also thought the confetti feature when we closed was super cute! We felt very seen and heard which is so important!
